WHY I LOVE IT:
I consider this the perfect toner for oily and combination skin. The combination of green tea and other botanical extracts allows this toner to both hydrate and strengthen the skin, whilst simultaneously managing excess oil without being overly-drying. Even though I have dry skin, I enjoy using this toner in the summer and when travel to particularly humid climates as it really keeps my skin’s oil levels balanced and in check.
